We have a refined five-step process that helps ensure a successful outcome for patients, the agency and the caregiver.
- Step 1
We have relationships with the local nursing community, hospitals, and universities, to find candidates who fit the correct profile for caregiving work abroad. The individuals we recruit have completed nursing programs at the most reputable schools in the country, are highly motivated, in their 20s to 30s, and are fluent in English. They recognize their options for fulfilling work may be better abroad and wish to explore working and possibly permanently immigrating to a country in the West such as Canada.
- Step 2
Eos Global Recruiting focuses exclusively on finding, vetting and training foreign caregivers, so you can focus on providing quality care. We seek professionals who have the right temperament for the work and will be a dedicated addition to your team.
All workers must undergo the criminal background checks and health checks required for getting work permits and visas to legally work as caregivers in Canada.
- Step 3
We provide a bespoke training program to each worker you hire that is specific to the needs of your service, the needs of your patients and senior care standards in your area. Our Director is a U.S.-licensed Registered Nurse with more than a decade of training experience in a variety of nursing fields. She is fully committed to ensuring that our recruits have the tools needed to be excellent caregivers in Canada.
- Step 4
Visa and Immigration
The process for foreign workers to obtain immigration permission from the Canadian government can be onerous, which is why we handle it all for you. We handle all of the paperwork, and you get great foreign workers.
The responsibility lies with us, so that your experience is 100% turnkey.
- Step 5
Landing and Settle-in Support
Our job doesn’t end once we’ve sent our Vietnamese recruits to Canada. We arrange the worker’s housing, provide an orientation and assist with details such as obtaining bus cards, setting up bank accounts and acquiring social insurance numbers. Once the worker is settled in, we conduct regular check-ins. with the recruits to monitor their progress and provide support throughout the first year. We also work with you to establish connections with your new employee while their immigration application is being processed. We utilize valuable time to ensure they are a part of your team before their feet even hit the ground.
