Where are you located?

We are based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Ho Chi Minh City is home to approximately 13 million people, is known for its vast sea of motorbikes and delicious street food.

How do you find and select your recruits?

We have relationships with universities, hospitals and the local nursing community, to find candidates who fit the correct profile for caregiving work abroad.

Who do you typically recruit?

The individuals we recruit have graduated from a reputable nursing program and have worked as a nurse for at least one year. We seek nurses who are motivated, committed and speak fluent English.  We choose people who are compassionate, highly motivated and enthusiastic about doing gratifying work to help others.  

What are the English language requirements?

We require that all recruits have IELTS Band 6 English skills in all categories.

Do you recruit both men and women?

Both men and women who meet the requirements are welcome to apply! 

How much education have your recruits had?

We recruit nurses who have obtained a degree in nursing from a university and are fluent in English.  We prefer that all recruits have IELTS Band 6 English skills in all categories. Lower scores are addressed on a case by case basis.  Contact us to talk about the options. 

What type of work are your recruits qualified to do?

Our recruits start work as caregivers for seniors in long-term care facilities and in-home care agencies. Eos Global Recruiting helps every recruit get placed into Canadian government sponsored bridging programs to get them certified to work as nurses in Canada.

Where will I work?

Our recruits can work full time in-home care agencies or private facilities such as nursing homes, assisted living communities or hospitals.

What legal requirements do you meet?

We follow the requirements set by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

Once these recruits are sent to Canada, where do they live?

We arrange housing for the first year of employment. Recruits have the option to extend the provided housing arrangements after the first year or find their own.

What are the English language requirements?

How long do recruits commit to work in their job?

A well established, cohesive team is an important factor in providing excellent care to patients.  Because of this, employers expect to hire on a permanent basis.

What happens if there is a problem at work?

We’ve taken great pains to ensure that doesn’t happen. Eos Global Recruiting vets all employer agencies to ensure that our workers are being placed in safe, healthy working situations that comply with all federal and provincial immigration and labor regulations. We address employment issues on a case by case basis and do what’s necessary to resolve the situation to everyone’s satisfaction.

Who handles all of the visa and immigration paperwork?

Eos Global Recruiting has RCICs to handle the paperwork and ensure the process goes smoothly.

Who owns EOS Global Recruiting?

EOS Global Recruiting was founded and is operated by Britt Leidig and Josh Godin, both of whom are based in Vietnam.

 

Britt is a seasoned U.S. Registered Nurse and healthcare professional with over a decade of experience recruiting and training hundreds of healthcare workers in the U.S.

 

Josh is an American Canadian and lifelong entrepreneur who co-founded AsiaWise, an immigration company in China in which he helped over 240 families immigrate to the United States. Prior to founding AsiaWise, he facilitated $55 million in EB5 fundraising as China Region General Manager of the Cleveland International Fund, which made U.S. immigration possible for 110 families.

What happens if I don’t get hired?

We spend time working with you to tune up your resume, improve your interview skills, and give you tools to be an attractive candidate.

What happens if my visa application doesn’t go through?

We work through an extensive checklist of requirements  with you during our intake interview. We work with experts in the immigration field to help give you the best chance possible.

How much work experience do I need to qualify?

We comply with Canadian regulations that require you to have at least one year of experience in a related field.

Do you accept professions other than nursing?

We only accept nursing applicants at this time.

Can my family come with me?

In many situations, yes!  Spouse, common law partners, and children can qualify to join you.
